FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 2 business days using DHL, Colissimo, or another trusted carrier depending on the destination.

European Union: 2 to 8 business days
International: 5 to 8 business days
United States: 5 to 8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, or carrier delays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders shipped outside the European Union are sold without French VAT.

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on your destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

UNITED STATES ORDERS

For orders shipped to the United States, there are no hidden delivery fees. Import duties and tariffs, if any, are included in your price — guaranteed.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with its original packaging.

We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the full order amount.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at communication@meniere-paris.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We review these cases individually and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

Exchanged products cannot be returned.

We do not accept returns of a product that has already been ordered and returned once before by the same customer.

We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personally discounted items.
