Named after the House of Orléans — the royal dynasty of which Bapst-Menière was the official supplier — the Orléans bag is the most exceptional piece in our collection. Handmade in France or Italy by master craftsmen, it is the only bag we create entirely by hand.

This is not a bag for every day. It is a bag for a lifetime.

The pine cone clasp — the hallmark of the original Maison Menière, registered in Paris in 1775 — is cast in solid brass and gold-plated. A jewel in its own right.
